Customer Service Centre
In our Brighton Customer Service Centre at Bartholomew House, we have 7 computers and scanners you can use for free.
These computers are available from 9am to 4.30pm and you'll need a library card to access them. If you don't have one, you can ask our staff at the front desk to set one up for you.
You can also use your own phone or tablet instead of a computer with our free wifi.
Help with online services
If you need to speak to a member of staff about Benefits services or applications you're trying to access online, our Benefits Advisers can help you.
Benefits Advisers are available in the Customer Service Centre from 9am to 4.30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are customer self service days so there are no Benefits Advisers, but another member of staff will be there instead to help you get online.
There are many other places across the city where you can access the internet, for example libraries.
Some of these offer free classes to help you:
- learn how to use a computer, tablet or smartphone
- improve your computer skills, including email and social media
- fill out online forms
- shop and pay bills
- find a job
