In accordance with the Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises) Regulations 2005 and on behalf of the General Register office, we're required to publicise all pending applications for approved venue status to hold ceremonies.
The public notice consultation runs for 21 days from the date of the notice.
Applications and plans under consultation can be viewed at the address below by appointment.

for the Solemnisation of Marriages and the registration of Civil Partnerships pursuant to The Marriage and Civil Partnerships (Approved Premises)(Amended) Regulations 2011.
A copy of the Application and the accompanying plan may be inspected at the Town Hall, Bartholomews, Brighton from:
9.30am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
10am to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of approval, with reasons for the objection, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published by writing to Paul Holloway, Proper Officer for Registration Matters, Brighton & Hove City Council, Brighton Town Hall, Bartholomews, Brighton BN1 1JA.
