About zones B and D

Zones B and D are not in controlled parking zones, so you don’t need a resident parking permit. However, they do become controlled parking zones when matches and events are on at the American Express Community Stadium.

Controlled parking zones B and D cover the match and event day parking areas in Coldean (Zone B) and Moulsecoomb (Zone D).

To park in zones B and D on event days, you need an event day parking permit. You can either check when events are and display your parking permit on those days or display your parking permit all year round.

  • disabled bays are also available
