Check if you’re a healthy weight
One way to check if you’re a healthy weight, is to work out your body mass index. This is known as your BMI. You can use the BMI healthy weight calculator to check your BMI, or check your child’s BMI.
If you have an eating disorder, the BMI calculator results don’t apply.

The NHS also provide resources, digital apps and other free online programmes that can help you to lose weight on the Better Health website.
Sussex Healthier You offers free support for people at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The programme combines specialist nutrition, psychology and physical activity to promote long term behaviour change.
