What happens after your interview

We'll contact you to let you know if we're going to offer you the job. We can also give you feedback if you don't get the job.

If you are successful, our Human Resources team will send you a conditional offer of employment. We'll confirm this offer after the pre-employment checks are complete.

The checks include:

  • your right to work in the UK
  • 2 satisfactory references
  • an appropriate health declaration
  • a satisfactory DBS record check
  • proof of any qualifications and professional registrations

The checks can take from 2 to 6 weeks to complete. Your start date will depend on how long the checks take and the length of your notice period.

Your recruiting manager will confirm the start date with you and make arrangements for your first day.
