 City Transport - Parking Infrastructure - Administration Assistant

Our multi award-winning Parking Team needs someone to work within our Parking Infrastructure Team to Supporting the Traffic Technicians to deliver a wide range of exciting capital projects ranging from new Parking, Signing and Lining Schemes, to Cycle Parking programmes and new mapping systems.

About the role

As a core member of the Parking Infrastructure Team you will  provide administrative support to the team of Traffic Technicians. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a well considered written response is sent promptly. You will be responsible for data entry that requires a high level of accuracy.  You will be required to work on a number of systems so good IT skills is important. You will support the Managers in the service with diary management and minute writing.

 You will be required to work at Hove Town Hall, Monday - Friday.

Interviews to be held 15/16th Oct.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System.
