About the role

Physical Activity Specialist

Salary: Scale 4, £10.14-£10.97/hr depending on experience

Hours: 3.15-5.30pm, 5 days/wk, with the possibility of additional holiday club work

Starting: Sept 2019  

Closing Date: 10am, Thurs 4 July, 2019

We wish to appoint a Physical Activity Specialist to work, as part of our Downs Active team, with children at our after school clubs.  The successful candidate(s) will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and demonstrate a passion for working with children. You will be working under the guidance of our Downs Active Club Manager.                              

Downs Junior is a large 4 form entry school situated in the popular Fiveways area of Brighton. We are a happy and successful school committed to delivering a creative and inspirational curriculum whilst, at the same time, raising standards of achievement.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
