About the role
Queen’s Park Primary School is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified person to undertake the role of Residential Site Manager. The post is for as soon as possible, and will most likely commence in September. The post is level C part time for 35 weeks per week. This is on a split shift basis (7am to 9.30 and then 2.30 to 7pm) Monday to Friday.
There may be a requirement for later finish following, for example Open evenings and social events. There may be some weekend working e.g for Events and to allow access for contractors. The post includes some cleaning duties.
The post holder will be required to live on site for the better performance of his/her duties, however a non-residential post will be considered.
You will have knowledge and experience of building maintenance in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, decorating, carpentry, electrics and possibly have caretaking experience. Good interpersonal skills at re required and empathy towards young people.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
