About the role
The governors are looking for a clerk who will provide a good level advice and support to the school’s governing body by servicing meetings, providing advice on procedural and constitutional matters, and undertaking other administrative duties associated with the effective operation of the governing body.
You must have experience of minute-taking, good ICT and communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Training for clerks is provided by the local authority, as well as opportunities to network with other clerks.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
