About the role

As a Partnership and Resident Liaison Officer, you will provide assistance to the Customer Services Manager in delivering excellent customer services by engaging with and obtaining the support and input of other stakeholders, in order that our service is developed to the optimum level.  This requires working closely with residents, contractors and partners.

Collectively as part of the team, you will be responsible for the investigation and satisfactorily resolution of complaints and enquires from residents, councillors and colleagues

You will be responsible for developing and applying existing systems to monitor and carry out leaseholder consultation, and to assist in ensuring compliance in all regards with the service charges, consultation requirements and regulations.

This role involves the use of various computer packages and requires you to be able to monitor and analyse data for your team as well as running reports to ensure adherence to statutory deadlines. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
