About the role

We are looking to appoint 2 Individual Needs Assistant who will support individual pupils who have complex needs and the potential to make excellent academic progress.

The successful candidates will:

  • Be committed to inclusion
  • Be academically able enough to support high achieving year 6 pupils
  • Be able to think ahead creatively, quickly and instinctively
  • Have a firm, consistent and caring approach to behaviour management

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
