About the role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Individual Needs Assistant to join our team.
This post involves working with a Year 1 pupil with complex communication and interaction needs. It will also involve support a children with cognition and learning needs for an hour a day in Key Stage 2. You will need to be able to build good relationships with parents and outside agencies. The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to work flexibly and be confident in using their initiative. Prior experience of working with children with complex needs is essential.
Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System.
