Job introduction

In response to the COVID 19 outbreak we are urgently looking for operatives with immediate start dates available.

The hourly rate starts from £9.30 and up to £21.00 per hour depending on the role and working pattern.

The roles are based at Brighton & Hove's City Council's Hollingdean Depot, you will be employed by the recruitment agency Blue Arrow. 

About the role

The ideal candidate will enjoy being outdoors, enjoy looking after the environment and the cleanliness of the city.

The roles available are:

HGV Driver Chargehands - those driving a refuse and recycling collection vehicle and to lead a team of collection operatives

Workshop Mechanics - to repair and maintain the fleet of council vehicles

 

Full PPE will be provided for the successful candidates
