About the role

We are interested in hearing from experienced Care Workers, Kitchen Staff, Domestic / cleaning workers, Homecare support workers and Hostel workers who want to join our team and assist with day to day support for Services within Brighton and Hove.

Hostel worker, Care Worker, Home Care Support Worker are all paid at £9.74 per hour (plus enhancements). Domestic/Cleaning & Kitchen roles are £9.30 (plus enhancements).

These roles will be based within Residential and Supported Living Units, working with older people, adults with learning disabilities and the homeless. Candidates must have at least 6 months recent experience in the relevant role.

N.B. We provide services to the general public, customers and service users; therefore you will be able to communicate fluently in the English language both verbally and in writing.

Training and annual refresher training will be provided and paid for by Guidant Global.

We have a variety of shifts on offer: Earlies, Lates, Long days, Waking Nights, Sleep-Ins and Weekends.
