Job introduction
Brighton & Hove City Council commissions Home to School Transport from taxi and private hire companies to take children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to school and back. Many of the children and young people need Vehicle Passenger Assistants (VPAs) on board to support them on their journeys before and after school. The advertisement for VPAs below is from one of our contractor companies.
About the role
Vehicle Passenger Attendants required on a part-time basis am and pm to support clients from home to school or college.
Experience required, however, for the right applicants full training can be given and a fully enhanced DBS check will be compulsory.
