About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Behaviour and Pastoral Assistant to be part of our Pastoral Team at Meridian to support and work with children’s barriers to learning, including behaviour and attendance issues.

The successful candidate will:

  • be motivated to enhance children’s learning through supporting behaviour and attendance
  • have high expectations of behaviour and attendance for all children
  • be willing to work effectively as part of a team

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Points-based Immigration System.
