Job introduction

Grade: Scale 1 - 2 £9.30 - £9.55 per hour

The salary is on Scale 1-2, Spinal Column Points 1-4; £17,942.36 - £18,426.00 pro-rated; £9.30 to £9.55 per hour.
The actual salary for 30.0 hours per week would be between £14,547.86 and £14,939.99 per annum

The actual salary for 15.0 hours per week would be between £7,273.93 and £7,469.99 per annum.

Hours per week:  30 hours per week over 5 days (split into 1 x  6 hour day OR 2 posts x 3 hours per day)

Option 1:  6.0 hours per day 9.30am – 3.30pm over 5 days

Option 2:  3.0 hours per day 9.30am – 12.30pm over 5 days

                 3.0 hours per day 12.30pm – 3.30pm over 5 days

Paid weeks per year:  52

Start date:  As soon as possible (dependant on Disclosure and Barring Service check.)
Fixed term: Fixed Term until 30th October 2020 (there is a possibility that this may be extended) on a 52 week contract.  The successful candidate would be required to work during school holidays.

About the role

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Facilities Team, starting as soon as possible (dependant on Disclosure and Barring Service check), working in all areas of the school, ensuring that the school’s’ premises are clean and tidy to a high standard.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
