Events for children and families in our libraries
We host Baby Boogie, story time, and other play sessions for children under 5 years old in our libraries.
Events for children and families
We host various sessions for children under five and their families in our libraries. Some are held outside of staffed hours.
Check the table at the bottom of the page for details about sessions.
Baby Boogie is a free music and rhyme session for pre-school children and their parents or carers.
These sessions run during term time only.
You don't need to book, but we can only allow a set number of people in each session for safety reasons. We can hold sessions for up to 50 adults at Jubilee Library and 35 adults at Hove Library.
We also host a free Baby Boogie session for dads or male carers in Jubilee Library.
Story time is held at both Jubliee and Hove Libraries.
Stories, play, art and singing
