Help to get to a healthy weight
Find out if you’re a healthy weight, and get support to manage your weight.
Check if you’re a healthy weight
One way to check if you’re a healthy weight, is to work out your body mass index. This is known as your BMI. You can use the BMI healthy weight calculator to check your BMI, or check your child’s BMI.
Your BMI result is helpful, but should only be used as a guide. Find out about the limitations of the BMI on the NHS website.
If you have an eating disorder, the BMI calculator results don’t apply.
